How does the DesignFlow subscription work?
You pay a flat monthly fee for ongoing web design, hosting, and support. No surprise invoices, no hourly billing — just simple, consistent service.
What’s included in the subscription?
Custom WordPress website built on Elementor Pro, reliable hosting, ongoing support, regular updates, and a full site redesign every 36 months if you stick with us.
Is there a contract?
Yep — we have a 12-month minimum commitment. It helps keep things stable for you and for us.
At the end of the 12-month term, the subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis at the same rate unless otherwise canceled by either party with 30 days’ written notice.
This allows you continuous access to support, hosting, and unlimited changes without interruption.
If you remain active for 36 months, you will receive a complimentary site refresh or redesign.
Can I request updates or changes after the site is live?
Absolutely. Ongoing updates and tweaks are part of your subscription. Just submit a request anytime — we’ve got you covered.
Who will I be working with?
DesignFlow is a one-man agency run by Kelly, the founder. Designjoy does not employ other designers or Elementor Developers, nor do we outsource work to any other entity. You’ll work directly with Kelly throughout your experience.
How do you handle larger requests
We break down larger requests, including full site designs, landing pages, and UI/UX changes. You will be notified of progress at the end of each week. The goal is to always complete your requests as soon as possible.
What if I want to leave early?
We hope you stick around, but if you really need to cancel before 18 months, there’s an early termination fee to cover the discounted design work upfront. We’ll explain it clearly before you sign.
Can I host my site somewhere else?
DesignFlow is a fully-managed service — hosting is included to keep everything fast, secure, and maintained. If you want to leave, we can assist with a migration for a small fee.
